Thinking of hopping on at a different stop? We get why that sounds convenient, but in most cases, it’s a no. Your pickup location is selected during booking, and that’s the stop you’ll need to use. For bus and ferry trips, departure points are fixed in advance, so changes usually aren’t possible.
Since Traveling.com connects you with the ride (we’re the matchmaker, not the driver), we can’t adjust pickup locations on our end. Transport providers stick to their planned routes, and those don’t leave much room for detours.
That said, there are a couple of exceptions. If you’ve booked a transfer or your ticket specifically allows the pickup to be changed, reach out to us, and we’ll help you out.
To keep things running smoothly, always double-check your pickup point before you travel and plan ahead. And if your plans take a different turn entirely, you can always rebook/cancel within the allowed window if possible.
